My Story

Meet Becca

Yoga first became part of my life at a time when I needed it most.

What began as movement gradually became something much deeper — a practice that taught me to slow down, become more present, and reconnect with myself through periods of change, uncertainty, and growth.

Over time, I realised yoga wasn’t only changing how I moved. It was changing how I experienced everyday life.

Sharing that practice with others is now one of the greatest privileges of what I do.

My Philosophy

Yoga is, at its heart, a practice of connection.

Connection with the body.
Connection with the breath.
Connection with other people.
And, perhaps most importantly, connection with ourselves.

For me, yoga has never been about flexibility or achieving perfect postures.

It is about learning to listen. Moving with curiosity. Breathing with intention. Creating space to reconnect with who we already are.

I believe the most meaningful change can begin when people feel safe and supported enough to reconnect with themselves. That belief shapes every class I teach.

I will always be a student before I am a teacher.

I believe the more I learn, the better I can support those who trust me to guide their practice.

Alongside teaching, I continue to deepen my knowledge through ongoing study in yoga, movement, clinical psychology, and trauma-informed practice. This commitment to lifelong learning shapes the way I teach — with curiosity, care, and respect for each individual.
